The Gerber Prodigy knife is a professional outdoor and tactical tool created by Gerber. The Gerber brand has been known for decades for producing high-end knives and survival tools that perform in the most demanding conditions. The Prodigy model is inspired by the iconic LMF II knife, offering sturdy construction and versatility of use.
The sturdy blade with full tang structure is made of 420HC stainless steel. The versatile Drop Point profile contributes to ease of use, while the partially serrated blade allows for cutting materials such as ropes, belts and fabrics. For additional corrosion resistance, the blade has been coated with a ceramic, anti-reflective protective coating.
The handle is made of rubber, covered with non-slip texturing. The ergonomic shape makes it easy to work with and makes the knife fit well in the hand. The handle expands toward the blade, forming a hilt that prevents the hand from slipping on the blade. A MOLLE standard sheath is included, allowing the knife to be carried with a backpack or tactical vest.
