Terms and conditions of Black Weeks 2025 in SpecShop.pl

BLACK WEEKS 2025 SALE

1. The organizer of the promotion is SPC Tomasz Kita, ul. Kościuszki 114 2N, 61-117 Poznań, NIP: 554 225 95 53, MSWiA concession no. B-095/2017, tel: +48 533 372 997, e-mail: info@specshop.pl.
2. The promotion is intended for retail customers of the online store specshop.pl and the physical store.
3. The promotion runs from 14.11.2025 to 01.12.2025 or while supplies last.
4. Selected products available in the specshop.pl offer during the promotion period are subject to a discount ranging from 5% to 50%. The full list of currently discounted products is available on the Promotion page.
5. The promotional offer is valid while supplies last for products included in the promotion. The store does not guarantee the availability of all products throughout the entire promotion period.
6. The promotional discount cannot be combined with other discounts, including those from the Loyalty Program or those available to representatives of Uniformed Services. Only one form of promotion or discount may be used per purchase.
7. The promotion cannot be combined with discount codes.
8. To participate in the promotion, an order must be placed on the specshop.pl website or a purchase made in the physical store during the promotion period, in accordance with the terms of this regulation.
9. In the event of an obvious pricing error on promotional products (e.g., typos, technical errors), the store reserves the right to correct the price and cancel the order, and the customer will be promptly informed.
10. Returns of products purchased under the promotion are handled according to the general terms of the store regulations and applicable law. In the case of returning products purchased during the promotion, the refunded amount corresponds to the promotional price paid by the customer.
11. The organizer reserves the right to amend these regulations during the promotion period for important reasons, such as changes in legal regulations or technical or organizational conditions. The changes will not affect customers' acquired rights.
12. Participation in the promotion means acceptance of its terms and conditions.
