Combat shirt — tactical vest undershirt
Combat shirts emerged with the growing popularity of tactical vests and increased awareness among operators. Users began to increasingly voice concerns about overheating and discomfort caused by materials and cuts not being suited to the type and weight of the carried gear. As a result, combat shirts were created by replacing the torso material with a breathable and moisture-wicking fabric, usually made of synthetic material, and removing elements from the same part that could cause discomfort under a full vest.
The shoulder part of the shirt is made from durable materials in camouflage colors, allowing the shirt to match the rest of the uniform or outfit. Each combat shirt is also equipped with a zipper, allowing not only for easy wearing but also enabling the adjustment of a raised collar, addressing neck chafing issues from wearing vests, or regulating temperature by fully unzipping it.
Combat Shirt Wz 93, Woodland
Here you will find both combat shirts in wz 93 and in the popular multicam camouflage, alongside shirts in solid black or two shades of green, differentiating the thermal part from the uniform part.
A good example of the variety of options is the combat shirt Helikon MCDU available in our offer, featuring up to five different color options, including popular patterns such as Woodland, Multicam®, and PenCott® WildWood™.
Combat shirt Multicam
A multicam combat shirt should definitely be in the wardrobe of every special forces fan, especially those American ones who were the main instigators of its creation, as well as any military enthusiast planning activities in high temperatures or with high dynamics.
The usefulness of these combat shirts is not limited to users of Plate Carrier vests for whom they were designed, as they will work equally well with Chest Rig gear or battle belts, ensuring excellent moisture wicking from the body surface.
Combat shirts from trusted brands
Tactical vest undershirts will certainly perform well even without a vest, thanks to the maximum increase in evaporation surface similar to military thermal underwear while ensuring increased durability suited for operations in tough conditions.
Those looking for trusted brands will definitely benefit from offers from companies such as Condor, Helikon, or Direct Action, not to mention the affordable Texar, great for a first encounter with this style.
Combat shirt - additional elements
Despite removing all elements that might interfere from the torso-covering part, creators of combat shirts compete in adding various interesting additions on the shoulders made from uniform fabrics.
In almost every model, you'll find places to attach military patches or pockets for carrying small items, maps, or notes, closed with buttons or zippers. Some combat shirts also have pen and pencil pockets on the forearm near the cuff or even entire map cases, attached with a velcro panel.
