Promotion Terms and Conditions – Shooting Season Opening

SHOOTING SEASON OPENING PROMOTION

1. The organizer of the promotion is a SPC - TOMASZ KITA Spółka Komandytowo-Akcyjna z siedzibą w Poznaniu, at Kościuszki 114, 61-717 Poznań.


2. The promotion is intended for retail customers of both the online and physical store www.specshop.pl.


3. The promotion is valid from April 1, 2025, to April 15, 2025, inclusive, or while supplies last.


4. A discount from 5% to 30% applies to selected products available in the specshop.pl store during the promotion period. The full list of currently discounted products is available on the Promotion page.


5. The promotion can be combined with discounts assigned to a user’s account, such as those from the Loyalty Program, discounts for Uniformed Services, etc. - in this case, the discount is calculated from the promotional price.


6. The promotion does not apply to items in the Weapons and Ammunition category.


7. The promotion cannot be combined with discount codes.


8. To participate in the promotion, an order must be placed in the www.specshop.pl store under the above conditions.


9. By participating in the promotion, the customer accepts the terms of this regulation.
