Ka-Bar BK16 - Becker short survival knife - Nylon sheath
Becker short survival knife Nylon sheath Ka-Bar BK16
The BK16 Becker survival knife from Ka-Bar was created as a result of cooperation between Ka-Bar Knives, Inc. and knifemaker Ethan Becker, a declared outdoor enthusiast and founder of Becker Knife and Tool Corporation, for whom survival and tactical knives have no secrets.
The BK16 knife is the perfect companion for trips to the forest, camping and hunting: the 4.2 mm thick blade and the durable construction ensure that it will withstand many difficult tasks. It was made of one piece of high-carbon 1095 Cro-Van steel with a hardness of 56-58 HRC, especially dedicated to knives intended for heavier outdoor works. The blade is additionally covered with a matte protective layer that protects it against glare and corrosion.
The Full Tang construction with handles with high-strength Ultramid®, which has been patented by BASF. The bow-shaped shape of the handle protects the user from accidentally slipping the hand on the blade. Together with the knife, the user receives additional Coyote Brown handles.
Together with the BK16 survival knife the user receives a nylon sheath, through to which the knife can be attached to the belt. The scabbard also has a small pocket in which you can carry e.g. pocket sharpener.
