Solidly constructed massive Bolo Machete from Schrade company. Has slightly curved blade which is characteristic for traditional Filipino knife iták. Machetes of this type have been used mainly for clearing vegetation in jungles of Philippines and Indonesia, and in sugar cane plantations.
The blade is made of titanium coated stainless steel 3Cr13 that perfect protects against corrosion and external factors.
Handles are made of non-slip Safe-T-Grip® rubber which provides a secure grip even in wet, sweaty hand. At the rear of the grip is placed lanyard hole.
The set includes Kydex reinforced sheath made of nylon in black color. The sheath has an additional, removable pocket that contains the extra sharpening stone and ferro rod. The sheath has removable shoulder strap.
