It is made of two absorbent pads, bandage and polyurethane film (placed loosely in the dressing).
One of pads is permanently attached to a bandage, while the second has the ability to move along the bandage, allowing dressing different kinds of wounds. A sheet of foil allows for sealing of gunshot chest wounds.
