The construction is based on rings fastened to the silencer, with steel, covered with polymer shield is directly mounted. The shield increases the active surface of heat emission, and the fastening rings provide a space that improves ventilation.
The reduction of heat in the most favorable conditions allows to obtain a 530 ° C temperature difference between the surface of the silencer and the surface of the cover. The shield's construction has been adapted so that it is not affected by the thermal expansion phenomenon.
The use of the cover not only has a positive effect on the longevity and safety of the silencer, but also reduces the phenomenon of a mirage created by heating the air over the barrel. This will reduce the distortion of the real image and improve accuracy during prolonged shooting.
