MAM - Operario Knife - Light Beech Wood 88mm - 2035/3-A-LW

Blade - about Drop Point profile, 1.8 mm thickness. Made of high quality German (ThyssenKrupp) AISI 420 stainless steel combined with VG-10 with an admixture of molybdenum, vanadium, silicon and coal. Blade with a hardness of 57 HRC. Smooth blade (Plain type) was made with a full flat cut (full flat grind), which combined with a slight thickness of the blade provides above-average cutting properties. Knife opened with an incision on blade, called:nail nick.

Handle - simple, made of one piece of varnished, light-colored, durable, light beech wood, reinforced on the steel side by a ring (inox). The profiled grip does not cause fatigue even during long-term use. On one of the sides of the handle, the manufacturer's logo is burned.
