Precision cartographic compass by Herbertz Solingen. Transparent case and magnifying glass for easy map work. The flat, compact design makes it easy to slip into any side pocket of an expedition backpack.
The transparent base makes reading the map data extremely easy. A practical cord for hanging the compass around the neck protects it from getting lost. The bearing compass is equipped with a millimeter scale of 1: 24,000 making it easier to judge distances on the map.
The rotating ring is covered with plastic to facilitate efficient operation in all weather conditions. Equipped with a mirror, fluorescent markings and a magnifying glass for easy reading of indications.
