Lansky - Double-Sided Diamond BenchStone (Medium/Fine) - 6 x 2" - DB-2860
The whetstone is constructed of a durable polymer base with a rubber base that has non-slip properties, so it won't slip during sharpening. The polymer base houses a removable steel plate coated with diamond dust of 280 and 600 gradations. Using the medium 280 gradation we can carry out preliminary sharpening and repair of the cutting edge, while the fine 600 gradation is used for final sharpening and polishing.
The Lansky 6×2 features holes that allow you to screw the sharpener permanently to a countertop or table.
