The Ka-Bar 1245 military knife is a modernized version of the popular 1217 model. The partially serrated cutting edge in the tactical knife facilitates the cutting of ropes and straps, and the Tanto-profile blade is characterized by better penetrating properties.
The knife with the Hidden Tang design made of high quality 1095 Cro-Van tool steel was constructed to ensure combined combat and utility values. The Ka-Bar 1245 blade has a black anti-glare coating, and its black color further emphasizes the military character of the knife.
The handle made is of anti-slip Kraton G® profiled in a way that reflects the original shape of the handle. Through to this, it is characterized by ergonomics and fits well in the hand, even when it is wet or dirty. The high steel crossguard ensures the safety of the user, preventing the hand from slipping on the blade.
Together with the knife, the user receives a durable black kydex sheath, which allows the knife to be conveniently carried on tactical belt.
