M16-14SF Special Forces Folding Knife AUS 8 Tanto CRKT
M16-14SF is a folding knife with a durable construction from the M16 Special Forces knife series from CRKT. The knives of this series were designed with the participation of military specialists and won the recognition of soldiers and employees of uniformed services due to their durability and reliability.
The partially serrated knife blade with the Tanto profile blade is made of AUS 8 stainless steel with a hardness of 56-58 HRC. The serration on the blade makes it easier to cut belts and ropes. The blade has been finished with titanium nitride in black for increased corrosion resistance.
Knife is opened with the thumb by means of a double-sided pin or a flipper, which when opened is used as a crossguard. Responsible for the user's safety is the durable Liner Lock supported by the patented Auto LAWKS system, which sets an additional locking pin between the liner and the aluminum handles. The mechanism is released by pulling back the safety lever.
Handles in the knife are made of 6061 T6 aluminum, which have holes cut out to reduce the weight of the tool. The M16-14SF folder has been equipped with a clip that makes it easy to carry the knife in your pocket tactical pants, which can be set in one of four positions.
