The 1.5" high-stiffness nylon webbing stabilizes the ordnance at the belt and guides the belt evenly in the belt loops. The two-layer weave (ultra-strong nylon mesh) reduces stretching and distortion when carrying a holster or tool pockets.
The stainless steel buckle has a proven tensile strength of up to 5,100 lb, and the profile with a movable crossbar allows for quick tightening and locking without slack. The buckle's finish comes in matte steel or black coating.
The auxiliary belt conversion includes tie-down, carry strap and emergency harness functions, so the same webbing can be used to strap down and carry a load. Reinforced stitching increases the durability of the connections at the most stressful points.
S-4XL sizing with a +1 recommendation makes it easy to choose the length relative to the girth of the pants; the manufacturer recommends choosing a size larger. Resistance to fading and fraying makes it easy to maintain a uniform appearance in daily use with holsters and cargo pouches.
