The Large size ripped medical pocket allows you to carry your first aid kit in one module and quickly detach the reservoir in an emergency. The pouch is connected to the Velcro mounting panel and is further secured by a trouser with buckle and Velcro flap. The product is sold without equipment.
The main compartment is closed with a two-way zipper, and large trousers at the zippers make it easy to operate with one hand, even with gloves. Inside, there are compartments, elastic loops and a separate zippered mesh pocket to separate dressings and small accessories, and reduce the movement of contents in transit.
The front features a Velcro panel with medical markings and PALSwebbing for attaching additional items in the MOLLE/PALS system. On the back are PALS webbing with snaps for mounting on a vest, backpack or on a tactical belt, without the use of adapters.
A carryhandle and removable shoulder strap make it easy to carry outside the pack, and two D-ring points are used to clip in the belt's carabiners. Additional red tape on the handle supports quick locating of the module among other equipment.
