The PGS compact gas thrower in pistol form from the P2P Prepared 2 Protect series from Umarex. It uses replaceable gas cartridges or 11 ml pepper gel for power. A single spray of ballistic spray has a range of up to 4.5 meters. Through the form of the gun, operation is intuitive, and a safety on the back of the handle prevents accidental release.
A single cartridge is enough for up to 5 sprays. Regardless of the choice of agent - gas or gel, it has a dye visible under ultraviolet light. Such a solution allows later identification of a potential attacker. Its compact size allows it to be carried in a kidney bag, for example. The handle embossing that forms the profiling, combined with texturing, will allow you to confidently grasp the thrower with your hand.
The basis of the gas or pepper gel is a high concentration of the active substance OC (Oleoresin Capsicum) at 10%, with 2 million SHUs. A second's contact with the active ingredient causes difficulty breathing, tearing and burning of the eyes, as well as limited vision and irritation of the skin or mucous membranes. Even with a diminished effect, this should be enough to allow the user to escape from danger.
Note: This product contains capsaicin.
