Brass Trap is a cartridge casing catching device from Caldwell, made of durable mesh. By using the Brass Trap, a person does not have to pick up casings that would normally be scattered around the shooter.
The mesh of which the device is made is heat-resistant, so hot casings will not damage it. Brass Trap has a solid and stable base made of metal, to which, using frames made of plastic, a mesh net is mounted. In the rear part of the net, where the caught casings accumulate, there is a zipper, which easy to empty the device.
Brass Trap during shooting is set on the ground or on a table if the user shoots from a sitting position. However, if you shoot from a standing position, you can mount to the device tripod (not included), which has a 1/4-20 thread.
Brass Trap after unfolding takes up little space, therefore can be easily transported in a bag with shooting equipment. The kit comes with a transport bag made of polyester.
The device is especially recommended to people managing shooting ranges who want to keep the facilities in order, and to those who elaborate ammunition and need to collect shells easily and clean.
