The Earmor™ brand headset protects against dangerous noise, at the same time allowing you to hear ambient sounds. These are detected by two directional microphones mounted on the outside of each bowl and played back through speakers inside the earcups. The hearing protectors are equipped with a microphone to facilitate communication with your team.
M32 Mark 3 provides hearing protection in loud areas with impulsive noise, such as firearms use zones. The earmuff-mounted microphones improve the wearer's situational awareness while allowing them to hear sounds in proximity and protect their hearing. Harsh sounds are limited to a safe level of 82 dB and low sounds are amplified.
Safety headphones compliant with military standards
The Mark 3 series ear protectors have been upgraded to meet the rigorous military standards of MIL-STD-416 and MIL-STD-810G norms. They also feature as many as 5 adjustable volume levels to allow for even better adaptation to environmental conditions.
The communication headset is equipped with a microphone headband that can be mounted on the right or left side depending on user preference. The M32 Mark3 have a Nexus TP-120 U-174 plug cable (NATO standard) which allows the headset to be connected to the radio via an additional Earmor™ M51/52 PTT(Push To Talk) or NATO PTT module.
