The knife is made of Böhler N690 steel hardened to a hardness of 57-60 HRC. This means that most knife sharpeners will manage to sharpen it efficiently without any problems. In addition, thanks to its hardness, the knife should retain its cutting properties for a longer period of time. The head has a Spear Point profile and a Stonewash finish.
