Lansky has been a sharpener and knife company for more than 50 years. The stone of the whetstone is made of aluminum oxide, and the profiled handle to which it is attached is made of wood. The whole is complemented by a thong on which the whetstone can be hung. Thanks to its symmetrical design, it can be used by right- and left-handed people without any modifications. It is primarily suitable for sharpening serrated knives.
