AEMS red dot sight is a durable rifle sight from Holosun with an aiming point in the form of a red dot 2 MOA. Red dot sight is equipped with a 1/3 Co-Witness mount, so you can use standard sights mounted on the same mounting rail. Red dot sights are valued and willingly used by competitors in dynamic shooting disciplines, enabling faster aiming.
AEMS red dot sight has been equipped with the Multi-Reticle System ™ (MRS) system, which allows the user to select the type of aiming point - classic 2 MOA dot, 65 MOA circle or a combination of both. The red dot sight has 12 levels of aiming point brightness - 8 normal for daytime work and 4 adapted to work with night vision devices.
Red dot sight is powered by a single CR2032 battery and a solar panel located on the top of the housing. The solar panel supports the operation of the battery, acts as a light sensor and in the event of a battery depletion, it is an independent power source. The work time of the device on one battery is up to 50,000 hours depending on the selected brightness level of the aiming point. The red dot sight is equipped with the Shake Awake ™ technology, which automatically turns the device off during a longer period of inactivity, thus extending the battery life. The built-in motion sensor re-activates the device when it detects the slightest movement.
The durable housing of the AEMS red dot sight is made of durable 7075 T6 aluminum, through to which it is able to withstand shocks with a force of 1000 G. The red dot sight has a IPX8 degree of protection against water and is adapted to work at temperatures from -30 ° C to 60 ° C. The red dot sight is equipped with integrated, replaceable and transparent lens covers that do not affect the visibility and in a situation when they get dirty, the user can open them and still use the red dot sight.
