WLPS tactical water bladder with a capacity of 3 liters from Source. The low-profile design is adapted to be carried in pouches and backpacks with the MOLLE system, adapted to be carried on tactical vests and military backpacks.
The bladder is made in Taste-Free ™ technology, through to which the water is clean and tasteless plastic. The material is BPA and phthalate free. The inner surface of the tank has been additionally covered with a Glass-Like ™ coating, which is 2000% smoother compared to traditional TPU films, and its structure does not differ much from glass, which prevents the formation of biofilm.
WLPS is equipped with the GrungeGuard ™ system which inhibits the growth of bacteria in the water tank and tubing. The technology is based on an antimicrobial that has been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and registered by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
The bladder is closed with a plastic slip-on strip, which also serves as a hanging point, and the translucent material allows easy control of the filling level of the tank. The hose is connected to the water bag through a valve, equipped with a convenient quick coupler and an automatic shut-off system (stops the water flow when the hose is pulled out).
In the set with the water tank, the user receives a tube in a cover that protects against water heating and UV radiation. The tube is equipped with a Storm ™ push-pull mouthpiece which has 25% more water flow compared to traditional "bite" mouthpieces. In addition, the mouthpiece is equipped with a Dirt-Shield ™ cover that protects against dirt, sand, mud and other contaminants.
