Combat proven respiratory protection
The OM-90 is a modernization of the British S10 CBRN gas mask. It differs from it in a differently constructed voice diaphragm and visors closer to the face.
It is equipment designed to ensure the highest possible level of protection against ABC threats, with the simultaneous maximum comfort of use. The mask was tested during years of service in events such as Gulf War I.
As a modern military gas mask it has two mounting points for the installation of filters, with 40 mm threads compliant with the NATO STANAG 4155 / EN148-1 standard. They make it possible to screw one filter on a selected side and seal the opposite hole, in order to be able to operate the weapon while being right- or left-handed. It is also possible to install two combined filters to increase efficiency and extend the protection time.
The face part of the mask is made of bromobutyl rubber, i.e. vulcanized polyisobutylene. It has maximum impermeability to TIC (Toxic Industrial Chemicals) and CWA (Chemical Warfare Agents). Visibility is provided by a pair of round quartz glass visors. They are resistant to scratches, chemical stains and abrasions.
Robust protection and great convenience
The inner half mask is made of silicone. It is hypoallergenic, waterproof and non-steaming, even with heavier physical exertion. The OM-90 is designed to be worn with corrective glasses.
The degree of flexibility of the mask makes it easy to put on, adheres well and works while breathing, pushing used air out, so it is not collected inside. Comfort is also improved by channels that drain sweat and remove it through the exhaust chamber.
The mask is equipped with a drinking system consisting of a rubber hose, a sealed valve in the face part and a dedicated water bottle. The set is compatible with Camelbak adapters, for hydration systems. A very efficient voice diaphragm allows user to talk freely without distortion of the voice on the level of at least 95% and distances of up to 2 - 3 meters.
To hold the OM-90 on the head, use an adjustable webbing harness consisting of 5 straps with buckles and a mesh panel. It allows you to stretch the mask vertically and on the sides, as needed, and ensure its proper adhesion. The mask is available in size 2, which is medium. Due to the large regulatory capacity, the size should suit over 90% of users.
Certified safety
The mask is certified as class III protection, according to the European standard EN 136: 1998.
OM-90 has been developed to be compatible with other military equipment such as ballistic helmets, helmet optics and red dot sights. It is a good addition to tactical equipment, a protection measure in the work environment, or a reserve in case of emergency.
For long-term storage, the mask should be stored in a cool (amplitude between 10° and 25°C), unlit, regularly ventilated room, with a maximum relative humidity of 65%, without direct contact with electrical equipment or chemicals.

NOTE: The mask should not be used:
- When the oxygen content in the atmosphere is below 19.5% as the mask does not have its own oxygen source
- In an explosive atmosphere greater than class 1 acc. ATEX classification
- When wearing a beard and long hair which may make it difficult for the mask to fit tightly against the face.
