Kilowatt is a folding EDC knife designed for electricians, contractors, and all those who, due to their profession or interests, need a handy and efficient tool for stripping insulation from cables.
Folding knife with solid construction and high ergonomics
The knife has a Linerlock locking mechanism. The blade is made of AUS-8 steel, with a satin finish. The Clip Point blade has a smooth cutting edge, a thumb notch on the back, and a thumb stud. The side of the blade is engraved with a double American-standard electrical outlet.
The handle has four notches for the fingers, allowing for comfortable grip the knife. The linings are made of nylon reinforced with glass fiber. They have a pattern showing a diagram of the electrical network. The structure of the grip is adapted to be held both in bare hands and in tactical gloves. Another element with a thematic pattern is the belt clip, taking the form of a transmission tower.
A universal tool for specialists and more
Kilowatt has three stripper. The first device allows you to work on cables in sizes from 10 to 22. The second has a spring-loaded stripper for wires and UTPs. The third is three holes through the grip, allowing cables to be inserted into them and cut with a knife blade in the folded position, system patented by the manufacturer.
In addition to being a tool for the specialized task of peeling cables from lagging, the Kilowatt remains a very comfortable and robust EDC knife. It is suitable for everyone, the more that it has specific, additional functions, and after all you should be ready for anything.
