The UTG MNT-ARMGB01 gas block is designed for use on AR15-based direct-float carbines. The low-profile design allows mounting under most free-float fore-ends, without interfering with their structure or requiring elevated mounting solutions.
The body is made of 4140 steel, which provides resistance to thermal and mechanical loads generated during gas system operation. The surface has been protected with manganese phosphate, reducing susceptibility to corrosion and operational wear in conditions of increased temperature and humidity. The design of the block allows it to work with typical gas pipes used in the AR15 system.
Assembly is carried out with locking screws, which stabilize the block on the barrel and reduce the risk of its displacement during shooting. The kit includes the components necessary for installation, including a gas tube guide sleeve and an allen wrench. The gas block can be used in configurations where it is important to maintain the low profile of the gas system and compatibility with modern fore-ends without fixed sights.
