Die designed for sizing the shell neck in the process of ammunition elaboration. Formatting eliminates the deformation created during shooting and reloading processes, restoring the correct profile before further processing. The design allows the formatting process to be carried out without disturbing the arm and body of the shell, which reduces the risk of damage to the material and prolongs its life.
The working elements are made to work with standard threaded presses, making it easy to integrate into an existing set of ammunition preparation tools. A properly calibrated die reduces the occurrence of excessive shell wear and extends the life of shells through multiple elaboration cycles. The elaboration press dice can be successfully stored and organized in the ammunition container.
