The die set is designed for the elaboration of ammunition in 6.5 PRC caliber. The set includes a sizing die with a single-stage release piston and a cartridge neck widening element, and a bullet seating die equipped with a punch that crimps the bullet in the shell neck. The sizing die allows the release of air, which reduces stresses during dimensional restoration and minimizes the risk of shell damage.
The dice are made of stainless steel, which increases the components' resistance to heavy use. The design provides for a standard 7/8"-14 mounting thread, which allows for mounting in common elaboration presses and simple adjustment of the seating position for repeatable bullet depth. The elaboration press dice can be successfully stored in the ammunition container.
