The 5.5 mm Diabolo air rifle combines the classic design of the Mauser rifle with a modern PCP system. The design is based on a wooden stock with a fluted grip and a 545 mm long steel barrel. A movable, adjustable ear sight and a tunneled front sight located on the barrel aid aiming.
The air rifle is equipped with a rotating aluminum magazine that holds 10 5.5mm diabolo pellets. The adjustable DIT trigger mechanism allows to adjust the trigger resistance to the shooter's preference. A cocking safety at the bail prevents accidental firing.
It is powered by compressed PCP air from a 100 cm³ cartridge, which can be filled via a quick-release coupler. The built-in pressure gauge allows pressure control up to 200 bar. Dovetail mounting rail allows installation of optics. The kinetic energy of the bullet does not exceed 17 J, and the initial velocity is 290 m/s.
