Battle Belt 1 is an innovative tactical belt based on a rigid skeleton. As a result, it is more durable and can carry more weight than on a standard belt with MOLLE webbing fasteners.
A very durable equipment belt based on a frame
The frame of the belt is made of an element made of Curv polymer. It is one continuous piece with MOLLE mounting points cut out. The frame's upper and lower beam act as a single piece and can support more weight than their standard counterparts. The construction based on the Curv frame is stiffer and stronger, and at the same time thinner and lighter than its equivalent made of tape.
A proven buckle keeps the belt fastened
The belt is fastened with the AustriAlpin Cobra® FM buckle. It is attached with a Velcro loop, and not permanently sewn, so if necessary, it can be replaced with any buckle adapted to a belt with a width of up to 25 mm. The loop is secured with One Wrap Velcro against spontaneous unfastening.
The end of the belt is inserted into the loop, which is located under its other end, in the system called by the manufacturer as "Tail Catch", thanks to which it closes tightly and creates a stable, rigid frame around the hips.
Stable and practical combat belt
The main part of the belt, on which the construction is based, has a width of 45 mm, making it compatible with most MOLLE pouches and equipment for Rigger's Belt. On the inside, there is a Velcro strip 40 mm high. Secures the belt against slipping under load.
