Such an extensive sharpening system allows you to sharpen knives: kitchen, outdoor, serrated hunting, and folders.
Sharpening angle range 15-30°
The undoubted advantage of the Work Sharp sharpening system is the smooth adjustment of the sharpening angle every 1°. Thanks to this, we can maintain the correct angle of the whetstone to the edge of the blade, which will result in an impressive sharpening of the cutting edge. The sharpening system is easy to use and eliminates many mistakes made by inexperienced users in the process of sharpening knives using the traditional method. In addition, the Precision Adjust Elite has the ability to sharpen two knife edges at the same time.
Safe and stable sharpener
The manufacturer has equipped the Precision Adjust Elite sharpener with non slip feet that allow it to be placed stably on a workbench or kitchen counter. The modular and lightweight design makes the sharpening system easy to disassemble and transport. In addition, safety is ensured by the V Block Clamp, which stabilizes the knife during the sharpening process and is adjustable in the range of 180°.
