Silky blade dedicated to Katanaboy 500-5 is an XL tool - its cutting surface is up to 500 mm and is made of high quality SK-4 steel. The Silky saw blade has a thick tooth pitch of 5 x 30, which means that there are 5 teeth for every 30 mm of cutting surface. The characteristics of the tool are ideal for cutting fresh wood, and thanks to the high carbon content, the blade is wear-resistant and retains cutting parameters for a long time.
Silky blade has advanced technologies
Thanks to the use of a soft metal core, the tool has the appropriate flexibility, which protects it from breaking during operation. In addition, the Silky saw blade has teeth with four cutting surfaces that are ground in two directions thanks to which cuts straight into the wood, destroying about 50% less of its cells. The cut - i.e. the gap created in the place where the wood was sawn, is 1.9 mm wide. Perfectly suited to a home workshop, outdoors as well as during advanced work in wood.
