Fenix's 18650 Li-ion rechargeable battery with a capacity of 3400mAh and voltage of 3.6V, charged via Micro-USB port or dedicated chargers. It is a high-capacity type battery (range starts from 3000mAh+), making it suitable for powering demanding devices such as LED flashlights, headlamps, handheld flashlights and other compatible 18650 battery types. Due to the lack of memory effect, Fenix batteries can be recharged at any time without adversely affecting their capacity and life.
Thanks to the use of modern technology and a multi-stage protection system, the manufacturer has predicted an operation of 500 charging cycles with up to 75% of the original capacity. Such a result means that the cell can be discharged and recharged daily over a period of 1.5 years while maintaining its performance at a high level. The steel body ensures adequate durability. The battery uses pressure vents that will remove excess gas in case of a possible battery short circuit.
