IMI Defense MTR-16 is a modular dummy weapon, more specifically an AR15 rifle in the M4 version with a 14.5-inch barrel. Made of high quality polymer and metal. The MTR-16 dummy was created with the utmost attention to detail compared to its real combat version. In addition, it has high class IMI Defense accessories such as: a USGI handguard, an adjustable M4 stock and a comfortable polymer A2 grip. Its dimensions and weight are identical to those of a real AR rifle.
Compatible with numerous accessories for the real AR15 version
The IMI Defense dummy is equipped with a Picatinny rail enabling the installation of additional accessories such as red dot sight. It is compatible with AR system magazines in the 5.56x45 mm caliber and compatible with a number of accessories such as grips, stocks and handguards available on the market and matching the combat version of AR. Intended for learning the correct handling of weapons and training. It will be used during historical reconstructions and as a collector's item for lovers of the AR15, M4 and M16 designs.
