The new version of the HS407 X2 miniature open red dot is the perfect combination of a great field of view, low weight and powerful electronics.
In addition to familiar improvements, such as a slide-out battery tray, the sight has received a modified button layout for easier intuitive operation. In addition, Lock Mode - an option to lock the buttons to prevent accidental change of settings - has been introduced.
With a powerful LED and electronic control circuit, the sight features high performance and long-lasting functioning. It is powered by a single CR1632 battery with a theoretical operating time of 50,000 h at the sixth point intensity setting.
The sight has an advanced lens system with multi-layer reflective coatings. This results in excellent visible light transmission and a clear, bright image without parallax.
The Solar Failsafe system is a solar cell that performs multiple functions. In intense light mode, it directly powers the device with an LED. When the light intensity drops, the cell supports the battery by reducing its consumption. In addition, it automatically adjusts the intensity of the spot, adapting it to the ambient light.
The sight also has a Shake Awake function, which goes to sleep after a certain period of inactivity. Simply move the weapon on which it is mounted to activate it.
The sight's housing is made of machined 7075 aluminum coated with resistant anodization. The standard RMR dimensions ensure compatibility with locks and adapters of this standard.
