The Delta MiniDot III is a dot sight with a compact design that sports shooters are sure to appreciate. It provides easy target tracking. In addition, due to its good performance, shooters will be interested in its versatile applications.
The large lens size for this class will especially prove useful as a secondary sight thanks to its compatibility with the Picatinny rail. For example, it can be used as a reserve sight at a 45° angle or placed over a scope if it has a suitable adapter.
Thanks to the use of magnesium alloy for the construction of the sight, the high strength of the structure was preserved, even in harsh conditions, and this with low own weight. At the same time, the thickness of the housing was maintained at about 1mm. The weight of the sight ready for mounting is 51g, about 5 bullets of .223/5.56x45mm caliber. Thus, its weight should not affect the balance of the rifle.
The sight has a 3 MOA fixed-size mark with 9 levels of light intesiveness with the option of automatically adjustable brightness level of the sight. Vertical and horizontal adjustment of the mark possible. The power source is one CR1632 battery. At the same time, battery replacement is facilitated by access from the top. It is waterproof thanks to the lower housing of the sight. Adapted for mounting on a Picatinny rail.
This red dot sight provides adequate quality in its class, the use of magnesium alloy deserves mention. A sensible choice for solid, small sights with great capabilities.
