Vortex Optics - Pistol Collimator Defender - CCW 3 MOA
Pistol Collimator Defender Vortex Optics CCW 3 MOA
The Vortex Defender CCW 3 MOA is a compact collimator designed for everyday gun carry with optics. The used 7075 aluminum housing with ShockShield polymer insert protects the optics from shocks. The aiming point is 3 MOA, and its brightness is adjustable to 10 levels, two of which are dedicated for use with night vision devices.
The device has a motion-activated function and automatic shutdown after 14 hours of operation. A top-mounted CR1632 battery allows replacement without resetting. The lens is coated with ArmorTek, which reduces the risk of scratches and dirt deposition. A textured Fast-Rack surface on the front of the case allows emergency reloading of the gun's breech against a hard edge.
The collimator uses the Shield RMSc mounting standard, which ensures compatibility with modern pistol designs. The vertical and horizontal adjustment range allows fine-tuning of the aiming point to the individual user's needs. Thanks to its small size, a pistol with a collimator can still fit in a holster.
