Active Ear Protectors M32X-MOD4 Black Earmor M32X-BK
Electronic ear protection headphones with integrated microphone on a retractable headband. They suppress sounds above 82 dB, while not interfering with normal conversations. This is due to the directional microphones, placed one on each canopy. They pick up sounds like gunfire or the sounds of machinery in a factory, muting them.
For calls, the user has five volume settings. The noise reduction rating, NRR, is at 22 dB. The headphones have a NATO-compliant TP-120 U-174 plug, which allows them to be plugged into a PTT set from Earmor. The canopies are made of durable and hard polymer, which should easily withstand harsh use.
The headphones will work great at the shooting range, where they will protect your hearing while allowing you to talk to others. Before visiting the shooting range, it's also a good idea to get some trusty ballistic goggles, which will effectively protect the user's vision. An ARC-compliant M16C helmet mount is included.
