Continental 4-24x56 rifle scope with adjustable magnification from Vector Optics. The Continental series of rifle scopes is designed for precision shooting at long distances. The scope's adjustment is done with open ballistic drums, one click is a 1/10 MIL correction. The inside of the housing is filled with nitrogen, so there is no evaporation from the inside.
The scope uses a VEC-MBR sighting reticle placed on the FFP (First Focal Plane), so the reticle scale changes proportionally to the magnification. The Continental has an illuminated dot and aiming lines, which has 6 illumination levels. Changing the illumination levels is done with a knob located on the side of the scope. Thanks to the multi-layer optics (FMC), the user gets a high-quality image.
The scope's housing is made of high-quality 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum, making it resistant to 1000 G shocks. The waterproof design allows it to be used in difficult terrain. The spotting scope has a diopter adjustment from +2 to -3. The diameter of the aluminum tube is 34 mm, and thanks to the use of high-quality glass it achieves light transmission of 90%.
