The 12.7mm caliber rubber bullet feed allows you to use a wide range of bullets designed for the previous generation of the gun, so you get the same versatility in an improved form.

The Umarex T4E TP 50 Gen2 uses a modern design modeled after contemporary service pistol models. A heavy-duty reinforced polymer is used for the frame, barrel and outer barrel, providing durability and resistance to the conditions of use, while keeping the design comfortably lightweight.

In terms of ergonomics, the pistol is distinguished by an anatomically profiled handle with an anti-slip texture, which received modified texturing in the Gen2 version. This solution makes the model lie in the hand extremely securely, regardless of the conditions in which we come to use it.

The Umarex T4E TP 50 is equipped with a 22mm Picatinny standard accessory rail , which allows the pistol to be equipped with accessories in the form of a laser target pointer or an Umarex-produced pepper gas thrower.

The model features a functional trigger safety, which prevents accidental firing while carrying or under the influence of a fall, and enforces proper finger placement on the trigger tongue. Intuitive operation is provided by the DAO (Double Action Only) trigger mechanism, designed for instinctive firing, which is crucial in stressful situations.

An important upgrade in the Gen2 version has been made to the mechanical sighting instruments. Instead of a traditional bow tie, a fiber-optic-based design is now used, which significantly improves targeting speed. The back of the fiber optics accumulates light, making the bow tie appear to be illuminated, making it easier to find quickly and clearer against the target.

Bullets are loaded from a fixed 6-shot magazine, and the gun itself is powered by a 12g CO2 capsule, mounted in the grip. However, unlike standard CO2 replicas and air pistols, in this model we can carry the carbon dioxide capsule indefinitely.

Responsible for this is the Quick-Piercing mechanism, which allows us to instantly pierce the capsule only at the moment when we want to use the gun. To do this, you only need to lightly strike the knob protruding from the handle, the gas expansion occurs spontaneously, and the gun is ready for action in a fraction of a second. This solution means you don't have to worry about damaging the valves. It also guarantees that in an emergency situation we will use a full capsule.

In the Gen2 version, the manufacturer has modified the knob used to pre-cap the CO2 cartridge in the tray, significantly increasing the thickness of the texturing, which translates into increased convenience when prepping the gun for operation.
