The Hunting Knife Meatcrafter 15500-04 from Benchmade is a rugged tool designed for hunters and outdoor enthusiasts. It combines elegance and functionality. It is a tool that, thanks to its compact size, will work in many different situations. It has a Trailing Point blade, the characteristic feature of which is a slightly raised tip above the back of the knife.
The knife is made of CPM-154 stainless steel hardened between 58-61 HRC. It is a steel with high vanadium and carbon content, so the knife is distinguished by its resistance to abrasion and corrosion, and maintains its working sharpness for a long time. Rubberized santoprene with non-slip texture was used for the linings. The use of cutouts on the handle provides a secure grip and a stable point of support for the fingers.
Included with the knife you will find a Boltaron sheath, which allows you to carry it safely and is compatible with the TekLok mount. It is made of thermoplastic material with high resistance to temperature, moisture and damage. Its orange color makes it easy to find the knife. A hole in the back of the grip allows you to insert a cord, lanyard or thong.
The 28° SelectEdge™ technology used makes the knife have a thin and perfect cutting edge, which will work well when cutting, filleting or boning meat. The hunting knife guarantees a clean cut which makes it unnecessary to put increased force when using the knife.
