The M20T Pro active hearing protectors from Earmor, which are improved and enhanced with new features over the base model M20T. They feature Clear Voice Tracking technology, which improves voice recognition in the wearer's environment and makes for better communication quality. They also have Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity to play music and handle phone calls.

They are made in the form of lightweight electronic earplugs. The device itself has two modes of operation - with and without Bluetooth enabled. The former allows for audio playback and conversation, while the latter allows for the transmission of ambient sounds in three scenarios. They effectively reduce noise above 82 dB with a noise response time of 1 millisecond.

The M20T Pro headphones have a noise reduction rating (NRR) of 30 dB. This is made possible by different sized earplugs that allow for a tight fit in the ear canal. Such ear protectors are great for noisy environments such as the shooting range, construction sites and production halls. The electronic system, after two hours of inactivity, automatically turns off the device to save the battery.

The headphones, together with the charging case, allow for a combined operating time of up to 10 hours. The headphone container has an LED charging indicator, which can be triggered by a dedicated button. The headphones are charged inside the case, while the container itself is charged through a rubber-sealed USB-C port. The ear protectors broadcast a low charge message.

Together with the device, the user receives two types of earplugs in three sizes S, M, L, thanks to which the ear protectors can be better fitted to the ears. In addition, the set includes an elastic cord to connect the earphones. It goes between the silicone base and the user-selected earplug. It is topped off with sponges to shield the microphones from the wind.

A special feature of the M20T Pro is their extensive control system. This is based on a rubberized textured button on each of the headphones. A two-click on any button allows you to pause and play audio, answer and disconnect a call, hold for 2 seconds to reject a call. Meanwhile, a three-click on the left earpiece reverses the song being played, while the right earpiece rewinds forward.
