Buckler M1 tactical weapon flashlight with TEK™ digital brightness stabilization from Armytek. It features a Picatinny standard mount with QD lever, so it fits both short and long guns. It is operated by one of two buttons on the back of the flashlight, which allows both right and left-handed users.
The buttons have an interesting mechanism that allows them to be pressed from the top as well as from the front as standard. In addition, by holding down both buttons the user will activate the lock against accidental activation, which is deactivated in the same way. Between the buttons and the flashlight body are two transparent connectors, which also serve as a charge indicator.
The sealed body of the flashlight is made of durable anodized aluminum. The flashlight achieves a light output of up to 700 lm, with a range of up to 105 meters. With adapters in the form of a screw-on plate, the flashlight can be adapted to Picatinny and Glock rails. When the device is placed on the rail, it can be adjusted to be more inserted or extended before it is locked in place with a lever.
The Buckler has three operating modes - two fixed and one strobe. A press of a button activates the flashlight, a double press activates the strobe mode, to switch between fixed modes press and hold one of the buttons, then click the other. It is possible to operate the flashlight in momentary mode, just instead of pressing, push and hold the button one or two times, respectively.
Steadily glowing LEDs indicate a low level of charge, while blinks from one to three, for the rest, where one indicates a state of charge of less than half, and three more than 90%. Along with the flashlight, the user receives a sealed polymer transport box. The box can be clipped with a carabiner to the D-Ring of a military backpack or other equipment using a Velcro strap.
