The Vector Optics SCOT-12 shooting pastoral is a folding support for long guns, designed for use in the field. The design of the pastoral's legs is based on three 9 mm diameter tubes connected by rubber ties. Thanks to this, the equipment can be unfolded with one hand movement after unlocking. The segments of the legs slide into the tubes and stop on the rubber stoppers.
In the upper part there is a handle for locating the weapon, made of rubber-coated polymer. The weight of the pastoral is 260 g, so it does not weigh too much on a backpack or gun case. Despite its light weight, the pastoral provides great stability thanks to its steel feet, which can be driven into soft ground. The 6061-T6 aluminum from which the equipment is made ensures high resistance to damage.
