The Continental x6 1-6x24 SFP rifle scope from Vector Optics for shorter range operations offering variable magnification in the 1-6x range and a true magnification factor of 6x. This design will work especially well for more dynamic shooting, where the user exhibits more movement. The lower magnification has its positive side in the form of easier focusing of the sight and a wider field of view.
The 24mm objective uses LaREE lenses made of Schott HD glass with VePRO FMC coating. This combination features a high visible light transmission rate of 90%. This, in turn, translates into the ability to operate in lower light conditions, such as sunset.
The manufacturer has equipped the scope with an illuminated G4 Fiber type target mark embedded in the background (SFP). It is characterized by derived lines that, depending on the magnification, correspond to a given MOA value. This allows the sight to be adjusted accordingly when needed. Access to the adjustment turrets is under the corresponding nuts on the side and top of the barrel.
The sight can be adjusted up to 120 MOA with a single click value of 1/2 MOA. In addition, the eyepiece can be set at a diopter angle of -2 to +2. The aluminum barrel has a diameter of 30 mm, so that a wide range of scope mounts available on the market can be used for it. The sealed body made of 6061 T-6 aluminum meets the IP67 waterproofing class standard.
The scope's design has been filled with nitrogen gas, making its lenses resistant to internal evaporation. In addition, the device is able to withstand shocks of up to 1000 G.
