Compact Veyron 3-12x44IR rifle scope from Vector Optics offering variable magnification in the 3-12x range. It features one of the shortest designs while maintaining a relatively high magnification. This design will work well for both shooters and hunters, thanks to the ability to adjust the magnification depending on the situation at hand. The 44 mm diameter objective lens is characterized by a high transmission coefficient of visible light.
The manufacturer has equipped the scope with a MPR-V10 type sighting reticle with an illuminated dot embedded in the background (SFP). It is characterized by lines that allow judging the distance from the target, as well as manual correction for bullet drop. This allows the sight to be operated even without vertical or horizontal adjustment. The adjustment turrets are located on the side and top of the body, respectively, and their extension naturally acts as a locking device.
The FMC-coated glass lens, combined with the increased distance from the eye, allows unobstructed observation of the target and the surroundings. The 6061 T-6 aluminum body meets the IPX4 waterproof rating standard. The scope's design has been filled with nitrogen gas, making its lenses resistant to internal evaporation. In addition, the unit can withstand shocks of up to 750 G.
The scope can be adjusted within a range of 17.5 MIL with a single click value of 1/10 MIL. In addition, the eyepiece can be adjusted in diopter angle from -2 to +2. A Weaver rail mount is also included. When the scope is not in use, it's a good idea to cover it with a neoprene scope cover. The objective lens focus can be adjusted with a knob from 10 yards to infinity.
