Anorak Jacket Levanter Nylon DWR Coyote Helikon KU-LEV-NL-11

A jacket Levanter in the style of the classic anoraks, but with significantly reduced bulk from Helikon. It is made entirely of nylon with a DWR coating and an inner layer of PU polymer. Such a solution serves a dual function, the first being water resistance to a water column of up to 10,000 mm, and the second being breathability of up to 10,000 g/m²/24h.

A short 3/4 zipper with Velcro closure allows for quick removal and donning of the jacket, increased air access and better neck protection. The kangaroo pocket has access holes on the left and right sides, where each side closes with a separate zipper. An adjustable hood allows you to shield your head from adverse weather conditions.

The elastic cuffs of the sleeves allow you to keep them at wrist height without slipping, thus shielding your hands from precipitation. The Durable Water Repellency DWR coating does not have PFAS compounds, and thus may fade over time. This makes it worth remembering to waterproof the top layer regularly.

The lightweight nylon material is prone to compact folding, and thus, when folded, it can be easily squeezed into a hiking backpack. The characteristics of the construction make the Levanter jacket prove itself as an emergency solution in case of a sudden break in the weather. Which is possible without burdening the user with its weight.
