Insulated Winter Jacket Yukon DuraCanvas Black Helikon KU-WTY-DC-01

Winter Yukon insulated jacket with Climashield® Apex down fill for outdoor work in cold weather from Helikon. It will prove useful where insulation from wind and heat loss is required for the entire body including the neck guard. The 67 gsm insulating material used is able to perform its function effectively even when wet.

The outer layer was made of polyester-cotton fabric DuraCanvas with a blend of elastane, which shows increased insulation against heat loss and can be waxed. The down fill has been selected for physical activity and spending time outdoors during cold weather. If necessary, zippers under the armpits will allow excess heat buildup to escape without removing the jacket.

The jacket has a total of eight pockets - five outside and three inside. Each of the two chest pockets can easily carry a waterproof notebook. The two outer insulated pockets will come in handy to warm your hands and insulate them from freezing. Access to each pocket is facilitated in terms of using the jacket with a pair of thick gloves.

The hood has a three-point tightening adjustment, which will help reduce heat loss and adjust to the shape of the head and cap. The raised collar provides a base point in protecting the neck from wind chill. On the lower edge of the jacket are MOLLE system webbing to attach additional gear.
