The Silva Ranger 37461 compass is a classic map compass on a base plate with a rotating capsule, allowing it to work according to the SILVA 1-2-3 navigation system. The declination scale located inside the capsule allows you to adjust the indications to local magnetic conditions.
The base plate is equipped with map scales, allowing route planning and distance reading directly from topographic maps. An integrated magnifying glass facilitates precise analysis of cartographic details. The back edge of the plate has been contoured to improve ergonomics when holding the compass in the hand.
Luminescent markings make it possible to read the indications in limited light conditions. The compass is equipped with a detachable lanyard with a safety mechanism, for carrying around the neck or next to a hiking backpack.
Attention: The lanyard for the compass is included in the back of the package.
