The rubberized surface with texturing makes it easier to hold in sweaty or dirty hands. Thanks to the small size after folding it is possible to carry the binoculars in larger pockets of trousers or in a jacket.
The use of anti-reflective coatings results in high contrast, brightness and sharpness of the image. 10x magnification is a good compromise between high magnification and lack of influence of body movements on image stability.
