Blade - with a solid blade with Drop Point profile, 4 mm thick. Made of 58-60 HRC, Austrian high-carbon stainless steel Böhler-Uddeholm's N690Co with cobalt. The blade is coated with a very durable, scratch, corrosion and chemical resistant coating. Cerakote™ Black ceramic protective coating. The Plain type smooth blade is derived from the Full Flat Grind, which reduces the weight of the blade, enabling effective cutting with a cutting surface as well as an ultra-thin tip.The Flipper with opening assist and the oval cut-out in the blade allows to be opened quickly, even in gloves. Finger Choil, curved undercut under the index finger for easy control of the knife. Robust Liner-Lock blade lock.
Handle - in colour OD green. Covered with non-slip textured FRN (Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon). Spine Jimping notch on the back of the handle increases comfort and grip security. The knife features a screw-on wire clip (left/right) to carry the folder in a tip-up position. At the back of the handle there is a hole for mounting the security cord.
